When you're full of anxiety, depression, fear, or loneliness, it can feel like the emotion is you. Robin Johnson, the Heart Whisperer, shares her most powerful tool for seeing an emotion for what it is, so it can soften and change. In this video: • Find where the emotion lives in your body, and picture it as a shape with a size, color, texture, and sound. • Notice the message it tells you, and the message it sends out to the world. • Say to it: "I see you. I know that you exist. I believe that you can change." • Ask what it would rather be for you, like peace or encouragement, and let it transform. Robin learned this technique from Alaya Chikly, creator of Heart Centered Therapy. Good for anyone overwhelmed by strong feelings.
